Hired by Scrambled Amsterdam to set up a two weeks shoot with chef Hugo Kennis to discover the real French life. In a culinary adventure he completely immerses himself in the culture of different French regions.
Culture of “apéro” in Paris, last French snails farm and family-run winemaker in Burgundy, oldest alpine farm and milk and cheese traditional making in Jura, “bouchons” culture and the immersion in a local family in Lyon, goat cheese producer, “marché des producteurs” and small-scale rosé vineyard in Provence, artisanal fishing, “bouillabaise” session with chef Christian Qui and culture of “pétanque” in Marseille.
I was in charge to fix the show participants and logistics ahead of the trip and be the French producer on-site during the shoot.
